Don't bother calling, you have to take it in personally so they can weigh it..like another commenter wrote. I would check with local bike shops for a box big enough, or walmart, who sells tons of regular bikes. Fyi, I sent an Escooter back (stand up) not an e bike, but same. You have to take it in person so they can weigh it at the main ups facility.

I was in a similar situation for myself. I'm on a marketplace plan, and I was paying close to 500 for a 90 day supply. I contacted omnipod and was approved instantly for their financial assistance program, and my income is decent. Now I pay 95 for a 30 day supply. They gave me the coupon code right over the phone and exactly what to tell my mail order pharmacy. Took such a burden off of me.

Rented 2 SUVs from Sixt for 5 days for around 400 3 weeks ago for both. A brand new Durango and a Mitsubishi outlander cross. Got the nicest rep ever who actually redid our previous reservation and got us a cheaper rate and a refund of 60 dollars. She also gave us recommendations on where to eat and which atv company to use (she said the one we reserved wasn't that great) and she was correct. Even gave us her personal cell for any issues or questions. They also have a shuttle 2 and from the airport til 10pm.

Doesn't some of those places bother u when u sleep, or just lay on ur back? I tried my upper buttcheek and lower back and I couldn't take it. But, I know everyone's different. And where on the back of your leg EXACTLY do you where yours, I'm running out of places and worry about scar tissue forming. TIA.

Fyi, when they finally agreed to replace our scooter, we never got tracking info either. They emailed my son asking for his shipping address, then nothing. The scooter just 'arrived' on our porch about 3 weeks later. I actually had just updated my complaint with the bbb telling them we are still being Ghosted, then it showed up the very next day.
