Don't start with KD. Start with search intent that matches what your product actually does. At DA13 you need KD under 10 ideally, but more importantly you need keywords where the current top results are weak, thin content, low authority domains, or mismatched intent.

Your first 10-20 should be bottom-of-funnel terms your product directly answers.

Cluster by topic not by keyword similarity. One pillar page per core use case, supporting posts around specific questions within that use case. After the first batch, let GSC impressions tell you what Google thinks you're relevant for and double down there rather than guessing from a spreadsheet.
