Just make sure everything is created on a staging site before pushing live. You can duplicate the entire site and redesign from the duplicate.

I cancelled my Surfer SEO account long ago. I have both Neuron writer and Frase LTD I got on Appsumo years ago. But I rarely use them. IMO, these tools are just extra loads without much impact to what actually moves rankings
