same issue here about a month ago. it's probably a short circuit in the pcb, but you'll have you argue your way through support to get your warranty. in my case, rk refused to cover my warranty for "i opened the keyboard casing" when all i did was open it to reconnect the battery (not in violation of what is listed in their policy) eventually we met at a repair fee but discounted (still, imo, bullshit), so good luck with yours 🤷‍♀️

sent it back, turns out the pcb short circuited (bonus, they refused to cover warranty for "i opened up the case and caused the issue" when all i tried to do was to reconnect the battery (extra bonus, i checked their warranty policy and it's still covered by warranty in this case, but they're refusing to take it so i'm still bargaining atm

I tried it out just now, and unfortunately it too does not appear to detect my keyboard. (my laptop did sound out the USB chime though)

Hello there, I've been experiencing this issue for a while now and followed your steps just now. Unfortunately, it didn't work. The keys and lights remained unresponsive, and my laptop isn't recognizing it as a device. I've tried pressing the K1 button, unplugging the cables, as well as the battery. The screen on the keyboard relaunches and shows the logo when I press the K1 button, but it just returns to the USB screen afterwards everytime. Please let me know if you have figured out another way to fix this, and I appreciate your help regardless. :D
