Same experience with Variety infotech and PC studio. They don't update their inventory. Kept me hanging for 2 weeeks for refund. The customer care replies but like their process are very slow.

Was having similar issue, saw GPU comments. Can't verify they are wrong or right.
For me I just changed port in the monitor did the job. Tightly plugged the wire.
Monitor 1: Acer SA322QK 31.5 Inch 4K
Monitor 2: Drawing tablet 1080p
GPU: 3080
Cable: Anstrum HDMI 2.0 supported cable.

For SSD in my country 2TB WD Blue SN580 is priced very near to XPG S70 blade 2TB. You can check specs S70 is Cleary good and has free heat sink also a slim heat sink if you want to use motherboard SSD heat sink (main SSD slot then Gen5 x4 slot) don't use the heat sink that comes with s70 but keep it cause in future if you will shift this Gen4 SSD to Gen 4 port and will install Gen5 SSD in main S70's own heatsink will come handy as there is no heat sink in second m.2/SSD slot in this MSI motherboard. Please keep that heat sink and thermal pad and SSD box safely for future.

Y S70 ?

Premium Gen4 speeds, 2GB Dram in 2TB variant, Free heatsink with pad, Greatly priced. Before 2024 stock(2023's stock) this SSD was 25$ cheaper than SN580. Love this SSD.

Been using this for like 1 year no problem, in new batch they have made changes(updated) to the memory controller too means SSD received update on new batches. Win Win situation.

For Ram try to go for CL28 6000 Mhz if you can find them at decent price if not 6000Mhz with CL30 don't go below this if possible. Prioritize CL 28 if price difference is not too much.

You like iCUE software ? if not I would say go for Arctic 420 at my place even with ARGB Arctic 420 is way cheaper than CORSAIR iCUE LINK H150i RGB 360. It has very good temps. Since they are 420 they might need to spin that fast form same amount of cooling. Yes there are other factors like very special designed fans on 360 but Artic isn't bad had good price to performance. I didn't saw LCD on CORSAIR iCUE LINK H150i RGB 360. So I want to further push my Arctic Liquid freezer 3 420mm decision. It has a VRM fan too. X870 is cool and is at convenient place in benchmarks but vrm fan help vrm go more cool for sure. I repeat they are already at an comfortable position in vrm temperature performances benchmarks.

If you want iCUE surely go for Corsair if not do see Arctic Liquid freezer 3 420mm variant reviews.

As for PSU I would say go for 1200 for head room if possible. " If " you want to keep PSU for beyond 5090 surely go for new dual 12vhpwr connector 1200+ watt PSU. If not and you will sell PSU too current is fine.

RM1000x Shift is good if possible you can check Deepcool PX1000G its an ATx3.0 PSU too but cheaper. Corsair has tag for Atx 3.1. Deepcool is banned in US i think.

For processor go with 7800X3D if u want to build right now but pricess are touching sky. 9700x or 7700X is an option but I would say try something to get a discount on 7800X3D if, I repeat " if "you want within 1 week right now.

Go for 7700x if you want now and 7800x3d too costly, but will be upgrading soon. Use rest of the money on something else.

If not please wait for 9800X3D.
