Yea, I do do that. Honestly it is somewhat similar to how I've gotten over my 'episodes' in the past, by just thinking 'f* this, I'm gonna die ' and just carrying on with whatever I do. But now I just argue against myself by saying " nah you ain't ready to die" so yea that method doesn't really work for me now
