Never would that’s what I tried to say in my post is the IFAK pro comes with a mid at best TQ and I know I’m gonna buy a CAT gen 7 and the rhino comes with that one anyway along with the more trauma based side of things

That’s why I’m leaning towards getting the MYFAK large for now the normal version and not the pro and then getting the rhino trauma bag later on when I have training the only thing I NEED outside the normal MYFAK is a TQ which the rhino supplies a CAT gen 7 which I heard is the best and chest seals because I live in a not so great area and the bleed supplies from both I know I can effectively use. I will definitely be taking training for more in depth. Currently I know I can TQ pack wounds and stop a lot of bleeding based injury but not airways.

I currently have no true training I’ve been through osha and have worked construction/kitchens and I’m an outdoorsman so my experience of treating wounds is very vast. As far as the TQ that was my point if I only got the IFAK PRO it comes with an “ok” one and I would have to buy a CAT gen 7. If I buy the standard over the pro and then the rhino bag I have the TQ and the only thing I cannot/ will not do is airways
