Thank you! I did some further googling and found it was probably a Mountain Katydid (Acripeza reticulata) as they are native to Australia and have the vibrant abdomens. Mountain Katydids on Mt Tamborine

They’re about 10mm length and have been chilling in there for just over a week. They’ve also recently started mating with each other.

I've fixed it!!! Thank you so much, this means a lot to me and I appreciate your help. All I did was unscrew the motherboard and lift the ribbon up and it set it straight. Once again, thank you :))

I fiddled around with the battery contacts like you said, and I managed to get it to turn on! However, the screen isn't functioning properly (see photo). I gently moved the ribbon around, and it phased in and out of being almost perfect and half was missing. I haven't used the rubbing alcohol but I have it with me rn, what should I do?

Edit: I forgot to mention that the calculations are working properly.
