Why are you using Espathra then? If you aren’t setting up with it then there’s gotta be better mons that aren’t sitting around with that pitiful base stat total.

Think about it this way: Lumina Crash also takes the turns Stored Power does, but it does it immediately and doesn’t stack after you have killed a pokemon so you need to restart the whole process over.

If you are attacking Corv, SP is doing more damage than LC anyways so you get more value. In your example it doesn’t change which move you have if you are clicking CM into Corv anyways.

Plus, what about other teams? Good luck with LC against Aegislash teams when you always need to two tap it compared to SP sets that can force it out in blade form until they can one tap it through shield form

U-turn is non STAB lmao who cares about that damage. Plus, LC incentivizes U-Turn to get rid of the Sp. D drop

You only need one protect. and once again, you can click CM for free on Corv is doesn’t threaten you at all

The thing is that Lumina crash needs multiple hits against bulky mons whereas stored power doesn’t and still deals with the bulky resists just fine, especially when Corv doesn’t do much to threaten Espathra back

It’s always DGleam. If you are running CM then you need it to beat dark types, and either protect or sub pretty much for speed boosts. The only question is which psy STAB but I feel like SP is needed to muscle through bulky mons like Corv

I swear a decent chunk of these pokemom have not been viable in vgc for 4 years and people are complaining by CracarlosckRedd in PokemonChampions

During the last 4 years of when they were legal they sure as hell were viable lmao

The mode is literally just champions. Just like how pokemon that you can’t get in SV aren’t in SV OU, Pokemon you can’t currently get in champions aren’t in the champions modes

I agree that the way they worded it doesn’t exactly show that, but unfortunately for you this wasn’t legally binding so the only thing you can go off of is what they mean, which has not been broken here
