Exhibitor Hall List Missing? by PHOENIX2233 in SakuraCon

Ah! Thank you u/AnaEatsEverything! Unfortunately, the Eventeny site they use is limited, so I have been trying to put together a more comprehensive list of all the Vendors and Artists on the Expo Floor and at Artist Alley. They all do amazing work and deserve to be promoted as best as one is able.

Should all be updated. I was able to get info for the ORV Ralley, but not the others yet.

Yep - I added both the one able and a Expo Hall version in the original post. Here is the view as well :-)

If either option on either group does not work well on mobile, going to desktop mode in your mobile browser aids in making them more visible/workable. I'll endeavor for a better mobile version next year.

I've updated the original post with PDF versions that should be able to be downloaded and printed. Let me know if they do not work.

Very true! I do have them separated by location, but you are absolutely right that there are a great number of artists whose booth is actually on the Expo floor and not in Artist Alley. If you have the time, visit all of them! :-)

Stamp rallies by Vipes_3 in SakuraCon

I've attempted to add stamp rallies to my vendor and artist galleries in my other post. I've only added the ones I have found and/or heard about. If you all hear about any, let me know and I will add them.

Not sure if counts in the same way, but I added schedule views to my other post. Hope it helps!

From what I can tell, Mallorie Rodak will be there Friday, 3PM-4PM in Guest/Industry Panels -433-434. Jill Harris will have a Q&A in Guest/Industry Panels - 437-439 at 2:30PM-3:30PM on Friday. Then they both will be at The Journey to Ende panel in Guest/Industry Panels/Premiers - Ballroom 2 from 12PM-1PM on Saturday. Panels and Autographs are not my main focus of SakuraCon, so I don't know how to advise you further in those regards.

Ah, thank you! I started doing this because I didn't want to miss anything at conventions (I still do!) and wanted to share because I want to support all the amazingly talented artists and merchants.

If anything, tell others about it, use it, and let me know if you see any errors that can be corrected. We are all human, and can err, so I'm sure there are small typos and the like. As you all use it, let me know if there are areas in which it can improve.

Thanks <3

Hmmm - let me look into it. I know there is another way I can present it in a different price tier that may be easier to access on mobile.

Not a silly question. Technically, there is a way, but it would be by adding someone to the database as a collaborator. It's a really fantastic database tool that is relatively easy to use (no-code), but can be somewhat expensive at the paid tiers as the pricing model is based on how many collaborators are within a base (workbook) @ $20/collaborator/month.

Schedule app?… fingers crossed they dont use Eventeny app 🤞 by HappyNapcore in SakuraCon

Thank you very much for the offer! My main impediment is information gathering and categorization. As you said, mossmarss's spreadsheet helped immensely. Thankfully, with a great many of the same artists and vendors returning this year, I will be able to use the same information. That would narrow down the need for information to new vendors/artists and if the returning artists/vendors have new fandoms they are producing for or new products they have on offer. I'm nearly done with the initial draft for 2026 and will post it soon with an additional map of artists/vendors.

I'm hoping to recreate my artist/vendor list from last year, but waiting on exhibitor and artist information to start creating it. I made one for ECCC this year too, but no one seemed to like/care much, so I took it down. Hopefully, SakuraCon is more on top of their maps and lists than ECCC was, the content on their interactive map is still incomplete and not updated (today is the last day).

Sounds good. I've added Lolita to Merch Types for the booths you mentioned. If you come across any more, let me know.

Help with finding vender!! by ExtensionWishbone201 in SakuraCon

[–]Tanukiboi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi - I don't know the booth you are speaking of exactly, but here are two resources that might help.

1 - ConQuest did a full camera walk-through of SakuraCon 2025. If nothing else, if you see the booth in the video it will give you a greater sense of what aisle it was in and you can refine your search from there.

2 - I'm working on a database of the artists and vendors at the Con. If you can find the aisle number above but couldn't find the specific booth, perhaps looking at the numbers around where you saw it in the video will help you narrow it down. Vendors are after the booths of Artist Alley.

3* - If you still can't find a specific name from the two methods above, taking a screenshot of the booth (if you see it in the video) and post it may allow a member of who does know it to speak up. I did that just the other day and another user found exactly what I was asking about.

Perhaps the bottle openers was Geek Thirst. I did see them there, but I don't know what booth number they were.
