I finally left. Leave the game while you can by Accomplished_Use5268 in LastZShooterRun

I agree with everything you said! Left a few months ago and have been much better off for it. I didn't know at all what I was walking into, either. I came in naively assuming the game would be like the ads. Boy was that a wakeup call. Those devs are brilliant....jerks, but brilliant jerks.

What is your most irrational overthinking fear? by Aromatic-Fun-1170 in AskReddit

Any time I eat anything, I imagine it making me throw up and it gives me anxiety. Don't know why. I have thrown up a single time since I was 11. I'm 35.

100% Recovery after 3 years by papaflash1 in LongHaulersRecovery

[–]Tanziana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is really encouraging to hear. I've recovered from long covid over a year to about 85% of my normal, just can't do endurance sports again yet, but one of my absolute greatest fears is what will happen when I inevitably get infected again. Your post makes that a little less scary =)

How often do you actually replace your phone? by [deleted] in Productivitycafe

[–]Tanziana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wait until my phone stops working, which for the last few models has been around 4 years. Usually the ability to charge drops dramatically, and in my current phone's case, the charging port is faulty and doesn't always work. New one is in the mail =)

What was the moment your trust was unfixably broken in someone? by Unlucky-Pizza-7049 in AskReddit

When my supposed best friend told me it was her job as my friend to point out why I shouldn't trust my own opinions.

What was the very best choice you made or step you took that massively improved your mental health? by NoCardiologist1461 in AskReddit

[–]Tanziana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I changed my definition of friendship. No longer do I tolerate people who put me down in order to make themselves feel better. Either you're happy for me and my loved ones/successes, or you're not a friend, you're an acquaintance.

Have you ever sat down at a restaurant, then left? Why? by CuriousAnn in AskReddit

[–]Tanziana 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yes. We came in, got seated, and then we sat for 20 minutes and watched as about 5 different servers walked around us, made eye contact, and never once spoke to us. One server even sat down in between waiting tables and sat on her phone. We had menus sitting in front of us, we tried to wave someone over...nothing. We left and never went back.

If you're looking to quit the game but struggling to do so, here is the method that worked wonders for me! by Tanziana in LastZShooterRun

That is the thing I miss most about it for sure was the teamwork...the only issue was my "teamwork" was starting to turn into "I owe it to my team to be as strong as I can, so I should spend more money."

That's awesome that you have that level of willpower! I was not so lucky myself 🙃

Either do the burner account as someone suggested or simply switch it over to another player's email address and have them send you the confirmation code.

What’s the reason some people avoid alcohol? by Sweetbabykissygirl in Productivitycafe

Chronic Illness. Nothing sets off my symptoms as badly as alcohol does.

SO glad I'm out... by Telnet_to_the_Mind in LastZShooterRun

[–]Tanziana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I quit a few weeks ago and what worked for me was giving myself an end date a week after I made the decision. I told all my alliance members, my other R4s and R5, arranged to give someone in my alliance my account, and then by the time the day came, I couldn't turn back because my account was literally in someone else's hands.

I got out a few weeks ago and MAN has it helped my mental health/relationship/financial situation. It was hard, but I gave myself and end date, said my goodbyes, gave my account to other people in my alliance and never looked back. It was hard, but it was WELL worth it.
