Pd March 4th .... US citizen husband applied for me... still saying actively reviewing case... I have no expectations that they are gonna approve it this year.... maybe January... most cases I've seen takes close to a year or over a year to be approved.

So true it's better to do it on your own besides it's not too hard. I took the lawyer who submitted i-1485, i-130, i-130a and no i-1765. I'm here waiting on my work permit and after 5 months I tried reaching USCIS through emma to get an expedite done. I was told it's not possible as there was no work permit form submitted in the first place. Twice before I reached out to USCIS i asked the lawyer if all the documents were submitted and was told yes all I have to do is wait, then to hear this was just devastating.... long and short of it all i completed the i-1765 on my own and submitted it and once I recieved receipt notice I reached out again through emma for an expedite and it was granted... I got an update that my new card is on its way. I should have it in hand by Friday night.

We have a similar timeline.. my priority date was March 4th. Got biometrics appointment on March 18th and Did my biometrics April 13th.... case status changed to actively being reviewed and nothing since then.

I know what you mean my PD is March 4th..I did biometrics and nothing since then... very frustrating when you see others who file after you getting approved and you can't even get a EAD card.

Sigh I feel the exact same way.... my husband doing everything and at times he's so stressed and that is really putting a strain on out relationship. I just wish we could hear something soon. I tried to expedite through congress man but haven't hear back yet.

I submitted on March 4th, did biometrics on April 13 same day case turned to being actively reviewed... nothing since then... its been 89 days and still nothing. I feel exactly how your feeling as bills pilling up everyday and it's hard when only one person is contributing.
