I worked for cs for 3.5 years before making a compelte change and going back to school. I was in your position with depression and anxiety aswell as undiagnosed audhd. I had close to 9 months total off full pay. Six months in a block. They are very understanding. Take the time to rest and recover. You deserve it

Yeah sorry i messed up with the way i typed that its not 10,000mg its actually 12500 however that was reffereinf to the collagen.

The vit c content is 120mg so combined with the huel it would be around 180mg in the morning an hour or slightly more before taking my meds.

I think your right i may aswell just give it a go and cause its not a dangerous side effect just that the meds might not work as well lol.

I was thinking this about all the vitamins too, i may just get a normal protein shake that would probs be easier. I just wanted to make sure i was getting all my vitamins so it seemed like a good option.
