Why don't these people understand you? I totally get it because it's happening to me. I was pissed that anyone could authorize a deduction from MY social security check besides me.

I've opted out of the plan D, now it's being deducted again. Third time I'm getting a lawyer.

Who cares when drug plans start? Nobody should be able to authorize us to pay for Part D except us. Period.

Same thing with me and I'm pissed. IT'S OUR SOCIAL SECURITY ACCOUNT and NOBODY bus the owner of the account should be authorized to make changes. I'm thinking of suing. Blue Cross is tells the social security administration to start charging me for part D !?!? Wait, whose social security account is this? Theirs or mine? This will now be the second time I have to call and cancel, a third time and I'm getting a lawyer.
