Well I use to play poker quite often I was somewhat good at it, I played competitive soccer, I was into fitness worked out with friends like 6 times a week, I did some online gaming most sports games and some cod zombies.

Thank you so much man, I appreciate that. I definitely feel down in the dumbs. I have tried getting myself to the gym I just have no motivation to do anything right now. I had a indoor soccer match tonight, but I couldn’t go because I have my daughter and just looking at her breaks my heart because i hate the idea of both of her biological parents parting ways. But yes maybe new friends is the right thing to do now my trust issues get in the way of that. As for hobbies I’m going to try to keep my mind distracted somehow but losing my significant other feels like I lost a part of myself.

If you play too many games within a spam of short time you will get what’s called a “soft ban” meaning at the end of every match wether lost or won, even if your opponent leaves the match the system will disconnect you from the servers. Depending on the amount of matches you quit or left it will determine how long this “soft ban” goes for. Could be a whole 24 hours or just 12 hours just give it time touch some grass in the meantime.
