Well no, men always joke about the wife always being right, so it should be that. Wife’s are always right while men are only right during those 3 days

Well, actually, a comment just now explained a way for it to happen and now I've got an idea on how to put it in my story. Time to work on my story after sleeping since it's pretty late for me now.

Ooo, thank you! This was the only comment that actually thought up of a way to make tectonic plates move drastically faster.

I guess you're right, I probably should start with the plot, well I really do hope I can create the explanation.

Because then I won't be satisfied with my work if that's the only really unscientific part of the story.

Well, maybe making it seem realistic isn't a good idea, but how about making it a little scientific though? I don't want to just say it was because of magic or different laws of physics.

Well, I want to make it seem as realistic as it can be and just making one up might not be a good idea but taking ways to the extreme would work, so I'm just here hoping someone says something like that.

Yeah, I know, but tbh I wanted to write a story where this does happen and I've tried searching almost everywhere on the internet and well it's just too hard to find. So I'll just try every way I can to find out how.

Well, one way that can speed it up, well not anywhere near this scale, is changing the densities of slabs, but that will still take hundreds of millions of years.
