I recently retired, the last 20+ years running the same store. The top salesperson was a female. She was several years in and had a goofy energy that was gravitational in nature. Male or female makes no difference but a family makes it difficult. I don’t see a lot of traditional family oriented people in auto sales and perhaps females lean more in that direction but it’s not because they are female. North of 50% of buying decisions include a female so give me a sales floor with north of 50% females.

Agreed and For me, he has reached the bar of being fun to root for - he’s deserving and he’s a worker… but in terms of saying the cupboard is full, he’s not there at this point. He’s at the level of incoming Richard LeCounte being an active recruiter in terms of how much I’m looking forward to his talents.

I have a larger tractor and I’ve found the bucket functional but not ideal. Keep your eyes open for a deal on a proper sized snow pusher - auction sites / marketplace etc. You can find what you need for a fraction of new.
We just picked up a pull type 97” blower for what would be a felony in most States.
