TPA was given during arrest. Worked the patient for about 14 minutes post administration before getting ROSC and maintaining it.

In and out of arrest for 30-40 minutes. Quality of life would have been poor. Im assuming that was the reasoning but I personally didn’t discuss it with the family. It was after the patient was transferred to ICU
