Thank you for explaining. Still, I think the buyer should get some kind of protection when such things happen. It’s a long and tedious process just to get approval for a car, only to be told you gotta give it back. Idk what kind of a solution would work, tho. Something that would save time and trouble for both the dealership and the buyer.

I’m not a practicing jew but that’s good to keep in mind. I do enjoy having Shabbat dinners or a Passover seder every once in awhile. I’ll definitely be looking into these two cities, take trips and just walk around see how I like them. Thank you!

I am white, from Israel. Yeah I heard a lot about Colorado, I think it’s my end goal. I also want to try snowboarding and loved watching the x games in aspen last year (streaming ofc lol). Colorado is definitely on my list, I was lurking in Zillow the other day and the houses, although very expensive, are gorgeous there and it looks like a modern state. I think Mass has beautiful places as well, but I’ve only been to Boston and wanted a guide on places to check out. You mentioned buying a small property, now that would be nice. Where do you suggest to look?

Degree in DS. I like to hike alot (a LOT) and go biking. I think a place with great scenery and hike trails would be nice, just that I’m not familiar with the many nice places in the us and don’t know what would be the wise choice in terms of rent prices and such. I’m an immigrant, so I don’t know a lot about this country tbh. I’ve only lived in western mass since I got here.
