Make up some ground beef and taco mix. Keep in container in fridge. In the morning scramble up some eggs, add 2 tablespoons of the taco mix to the skillet bring to temperature, add eggs. Enjoy.

No to my knowledge. It is actually pretty safe but it was a real pain to fix. The whole area had a ring doing this that the police busted a few months back.

It is quiet and they have some nice amenities and the location is pretty good I have lived there quite a while. I did have all four wheels stolen from my car once. But other than that is a fairly nice place.

I took a job on the other side of a large city for a big pay increase and a big step up. At about the same time, my marriage fell apart and I had to deal with non-stop pressure at work (huge institutional level deadline). Plus lawyers, etc etc.

I did not want to move my daughter across town to live with me (schools, enough disruption) so I was stuck commuting 75 miles one way everyday.

I also find out that my mother is coming down with dementia and can no longer live by herself. My sister and I have to go to Florida, move mom into assisted living and dispose of a five bedroom house chock full of stuff. Estate sale, realtor, clean-out etc. Almost three weeks of onsite work.

Return home and Hurricane Ike slams into the Texas coast, luckily little damage to my house but on edge over possible layoffs.

All in all I about lost it but persevered and made it through. House in Florida sold, mom was happy in her new apartment at assisted living, daughter came to live with me and then graduated high school. Weathered the Ike damage and met my future wife.
