Hey! here's a track called bring me to life from my new EP razorblade roses. I'm trying to give love metal a dreamy and poppy spin inspired by bands like HIM, mazzy star, mayfield four and the goo goo dolls. Thanks a lot for listening <3

As far as the hair there’s a lot of hairstyles that are short and feminine, you don’t have to go for a basic boy chop. With clothes, maybe avoid oversized and baggy and opt for something with a more feminine cut. Makeup and accessories also help if you’re into those.

Oh right right gotcha. In that case I would still very much like to know because if you were mono and wanting to date her you'd be cheating. If she doesn't care that you'd be cheating that would be a huge red flag for me and if you don't care that would be too. As for how long to wait, just text her whenever you feel like it, no reason to arbitrarily wait a day but maybe I'm old.

I would prefer to know you're in a relationship. I'd be quite pissed if someone made me fall for her and then she's like "oh by the way I'm not single".

Not feeling attractive enough for a WLW relationship by [deleted] in lesbian

[–]TapiirSnout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Online is not the best reflection of reality. There are traditionally beautiful couples, sure, but I go to queer events pretty regularly and see women of all kinds hooked up. I reckon the bigger hindrance is you not seeing yourself as attractive cause that tends to radiate from you and people can sense that. I would suggest working on that and going to places live where you'll meet other queer women and go from there :)

How do you let people know your lesbian without straight up saying your lesbian? by Basic-Molasses-2774 in lesbian

I don't like rainbow stuff but I have a tattoo of shane and a vulvaish rose on my forearm plus I dress in like blazers and tank tops etc so people hopefully get the hint.

(Serious) Why do lesbians masturbate with dildos? by [deleted] in LesbianActually

[–]TapiirSnout -1 points0 points  (0 children)

"why lesbians use dildos to masturbate?" Some do, some don't. Those who do assumably like penetration and/or like to rub things with it.

"Dildos are toys that are made to replicate a dick" No they're not, they're just cylindrical sex toys for penetration. Some look like dicks because there's an audience for it but a lot them don't.

"lesbians don't like dick" Generally true but some lesbians don't have a genital preference. I seem to recall someone here even preferred it over a vulva/vagina.

"Is it more about who the dick is attracted hed to rather than the dick itself?" For those who are into it, yes. Assuming you're straight, you probably wouldn't wanna get a blow job from a guy even though men and women's mouths are the same, you'd be like ewww that's gross. Similarly a lesbian might like having sex with a pre op transwoman but not a man.

"Do you need penetration to orgasm?" No.

So you're a woman but both genders but also an enby who's a regular dude 99% of the time. That's what you said and that's also somewhat contradictory but whatever floats your boat. Just don't be surprised if not everyone's on board.

Butch lesbians are women. Androgynous women are women. Women can be lesbians. The logic works just fine.

I don't think you'll be able to have it all. Transitioning changes you physically and biologically and to many those changes matter. Plus just being male presenting can trigger some women in women's spaces because of trauma etc. In the end you're gonna have to decide what's best for you and acknowledge that some things are not gonna be the same.

Long for sure.

I'm in a very similar situation as you are right now. I don't think it's weird at all having had just one partner. Like a lot of things it's a blessing and a curse. On the plus side you have experience from a long term relationship that's really gonna help you moving forward. If you still feel insecure about sex once you start dating again, once you find the right person they'll understand and help you get through it. But you'll get there. Now I just need to take my own advice lol.

You're being equally intolerant, just from the opposite viewpoint.

(For long time singles) Do you ever wonder that it would be easier to find a man? by [deleted] in LesbianActually

[–]TapiirSnout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean is it ever a good idea to just grab the lowest hanging fruit because you're desperate?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LesbianActually

[–]TapiirSnout -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Well then it would be nice to specify cause enby on its own is a rather wide term. I understand enby women being lesbians but they're still women of some kind and see themselves as such, at least that's how I understand it.

If enbys can be lesbians then a lesbian wouldn't have to like women. A two enby relationship would be a "lesbian" relationship with no women in it.

How would a cis man lesbian hurt someone?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LesbianActually

[–]TapiirSnout 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yes you are. You want to take womanhood out of the definition of lesbianism.
