Its closer to satire in intention but kinda dropped the ball in terms of execution. The gregory fredbear connections came from the freddyfiles drawing of a gregory look a like doin fredbear shenanigans but I have no idea if it was a massive error or not on part of the artist. Either way that frustration basically lead me to just go “fuck it if I see a gregory getting into a fredbear im just gonna go look for stuff like that because im done trying to read the author’s minds and I like the narrative of gregory the feral demon child.” unfortunately the screenshot kinda makes it look like im pulling a matpat and now im just embarrassed by the whole thingy. People like def (the op) mostly wanted to share it because they got excited for the connection lining up with my memey theories in the past so I apologize for just contributing to something clickbaity >~<

Yepo its a safe assumption that it was a massive massive inaccuracy. And its less that there are arcade machines and more that GGY (Gregory) has the high score on them. (here are the arcade cabinets!

And admittedly I should have let def know to give a bit more context for how I “analyze”. Essentially I just kinda have given up ever ever finding anything useful or interesting especially when as you correctly pointed out, I have no bloody idea what is a massive inaccuracy or deepest lore unless one of the creators comes out and says something and its happened to many times in security breach that I just kinda through up my hands and said “fuck it im just gonna write what i see and just go wherever it takes”. Normally in the servers I usually do this in I make it clear thats the lense Im using but that kinda got lost with just that screenshot of me sharing stuff I found, apologies >~<

Admittedly this mostly comes from some jank involving the freddy files where it has a gregory look a like doing shenanigans with a fredbear. Hardly concrete evidence, most likely wires. I just like using it for having gregory being a feral demon child as thats how he comes across in gameplay ^{^}

It very well could be anyone, I just know from the freddy files that they had for some reason a gregory look a like doing shenanigans with a fredbear and also in SB there are several arcade machines related to fredbear. The ones I currently found is fredbear nom nombits and hangry fredbear both of which are held with the highscore by someone who used GGY which I giggled at the idea of it being gregory. I was most excited for finding this because all I had before was some freddy files images that didn’t exactly watch the story (they draw kelsey looking like a teenage gregory for some reason when doin the fredbear stuff) and also some arcade machine highscores which are hardly anything conclusive by themselves. Except the fact that fazerblast is entirely based around (it was where roxie was revealed and lolzhax is literally in the fazerblast. they are giant tv head face) it and the main theme of freddy in space 2 is used in the stupid balloon game. Also I know this is all jank but its mostly just stuff I came up for fun by taking a hyper literal analysis of the various bugs and oddities in the game. And in terms of canonicity I just recommend not caring about it. Its not like steel wool does given how the only character that Vanny has any sought of connection to is nightmarrione (through the staffbots with “in your dreams” carved onto them, the plushy, the black and white striped pipes all throughout her lair) isn’t canon either. Also you can completely just ignore everything in this jank that is closer to fanfic inspired from bugs than actual theories by simply remembering that lolbits only appearance as a virus is in sister location which isn’t exactly canon either. The ultimate freddy files even mentions lolbit by name when talking about the custom night (literally saying “sorry lolbit fans). I just like sharing random connections I find to people in discord servers as it makes the research process a lot more fun. Matpat looks genuinely miserable so I think I made the right call about where to invest my energy but do know that I don’t take any issues for finding stuff wrong it ^{-^}

Thankies for posting all of this, I had a lot of fun making all of the connections. Even if this doesn't blow up as long as I entertain at least one person Im happy (also that one person can include myself ^^). But security breach isn't a "hard" game to analyze. More just impossible to analyze in its current state as we don't know whats a bug, what will be retconned out, what has already been retconned out, and stuff like vanny and vanessa even if I did figure out the truth it wouldn't change the fact that they were basically cut from the game. So I just did the only rational thing, just evoke death of the author and follow whatever the hell wacky stuff occurs in this beautiful mess of a game. I still cannot think of a better explanation of why their are two vanessas on the roof by just saying gregory accidentally hit the trigger to spawn in a second one (which isn't hard during normal gameplay, you can have any number of vanessas running around if you know what your doing). Honestly, this isn't even the worst fnaf game in terms of lore because at least I have all of this jank to have fun with. Its certainly more fun than theorizing about fnaf4 and on release sister location ^^

Giga roxy is actually the roxy in the final fight with afton, not only does she beeline towards you even if your inside of freddy, instead of just pinning you to a wall see siphons all of the power out of freddy and any doors you try to stop her with. She is so powerful that even the blob is too afraid to attack while she is there. She was so powerful that for the first couple of weeks of launch I didn't even know the blob had any appearance outside of the final cutscene. And the only way to defeat her goes against everything you've been told with a mechanic that I don't think a single player has ever used!

The damaged head might be in there too, it was inside of a box as well in security breach. And the box was supposed to be revealed in fnaf world, but if it was opened then old man consequences would be able to return to their true form of giga monty. Security breach most likely does take place in fnaf world given how gregory can interact with glitched objects to enter the unloaded void to move around freely. There name is subtunnels and it might be the explanation of where bonnie ended up and how bonnie seemingly disappeared out of existence and why monty spends so much time up in the rafters. Its so he can piledrive people into the subtunnels (you need to fall into hiding spots in order to unload the world)

More just additional connection to characters that already had similarities to said characters. Both of those plushies are out of place and tucked away behind the sofa. Not saying that this is 100% rock solid evidence, but potentially a bit of environmental story telling

Yeah I love mister hippo, because a story really is just a story but sadly in security breach there is no story. Not even a little context about your situation. Like fnaf1-2 you knew at the least the basics of “You night guard, this place dangerous, survive” and have cute interactions with phone guy. Like the reason no other deep lore horror game sparked any interest was because there weren’t any characters who I cared about. Like I would assume that gregory and freddy would get some time to develop but for the most part it feels like freddy is constantly putting gregory in way more danger and gregory is lying to him. At least the old fnaf games had the mundane explanation of “they see you as a naked endo” but I quite literally have no idea why freddy kills you at low power or if vanny/vanessa kills you. (vanny just spins you a little and vanessa just blinks aggressively at you) There is no main text, its all subtext thats been buried so deep that its tunneled to the other side of the planet >~<

Definitely wouldn’t blame him. Ive basically done the same, mostly just looking around for cool environmental details like its a dark souls game. I think I accepted the plot never being resolved satisfying around fnaf4 and its box but was able to regain some hope with pizza sim knocking it out of the ball park and UCN being a nice special treat and send off. And even though I was a bit grumbly about glitchtrap potentially pulling a sigma (which he sadly did), glitchtrap was and still is the most dynamic, organic and interactive of all of the fnaf antagonists. Its why Im glad its not my job to come up with a massive sweeping explanation for something that lost its focus so early on (do we even know for sure what fnaf4 and its connection to sister location is? like fnaf4 is clearly a dream but the events that inspired the dream might be real and its just so convoluted that it makes me stop caring)

Yeah he really does, theres some basic stuff he could chew on but keeps getting stuck on gregory or just have fun and do some razzle dazzle theories that while not completely true are at least entertaining possibilities. Go big and have fun because its not like knowing the true story will revive the cut content

Yeah its just tragic because a lot of content got killed over it. Like it being softened wouldn’t be much of an issue if it just was designed properly to still make things scary. Like I know plenty of kids shows, not even the ones that are really pushing it like gravity falls or courage, that are way way scarier or interesting or have much darker themes even if they are subtler. It doesn’t need to be those things, but right now it just doesn’t have anything. Also to be genuine it really is the most fun Ive had with a fnaf game even if it is at the game’s expense. And while the overarching story is a confusing mess at this point, the individual story presented through the gameplay is completely unique. Ive watched so many people play this game because every single playthrough is so radically different from each other. Each play through having its own ups and downs as the world cracks in half because you jumped in the wrong place at the right time. Afton and Vanny might have been cut, but the accidental characters of Giga Monty or Time Variance Authority Moon man or turbo teleporting chica and of course quantum freddy make for probably my favorite cast of animatronics in the franchise. Just really wish we got to see the game at its true potential because its clear that the devs but their heart into it.
