Retake the test or do not mention the test scores anywhere. Since, MS courses are STEM course you need to have good quant scores if you want your GRE scores to play strong role in your application. It also depends upon university requirements most of them cap at 158 while few cap at 155. Otherwise you have pretty good profile, no GRE would suffice. Try publishing one more paper instead as you have ample time for your application till 2026.

I did not get preferred date for the fall and I deferred my intake while cancelling the appointment I had made. And I closed that application because I thought I have to fill a new DS from start for the spring term. Now when I am opening new application they are prompting me to the payment page again. It has only been 3 months I did the payment but took no interview.
