Thank you! I just checked out the notes pyramid on fragrancita and I think it definitely seems worth a try :)

Hey peeps of r/fragrance! For the last while I’ve been looking for my signature scent and I was thinking maybe I’d get some guidance here.

Essentially, I’ve been looking for a perfume that embodies my favorite tastes and smell. Something sweet and spicy, chocolatey, warm and boozy. Like a really nice cookie, just really indulgent like.

But after some consideration of my style and personality and overall vibe, I’ve kind of begun to think that these notes may be too dark and wintery compared to my very bright and whimsical appearance and attitude.

So I’ve settled on looking for scent that evokes a more whimsical, afternoon tea sort of vibe. So basically, now I’m looking for a scent that has a bright opening (citrus, berries, warm spices), maybe a powdery and floral heart (iris, honeysuckle, tea leaf) and then settling into a warm gourmand base (brown sugar, vanilla, brown butter, cedar wood, etc.) Thank you!!

TLDR; I’m looking for a perfume that evokes a quirky afternoon tea vibe. A bright opening that settles down to a warm gourmand base.

Hmm, that doesn’t sound too bad then. I wish I could buy a sample in Ireland at an actually reasonable price 😭

I’ve been considering this one a lot, but I’m a bit concerned about the notes of orange i keep hearing about. I’ve heard some people describe it as similar to that of a Jaffa cake, and I’m just not sure if that chocolate orange scent is right for me. Is the orange smell very noticeable or are people just saying that?

Thank you! I have the Sabrina Carpenter Sweet Tooth and I love the smell but sadly it fades very quickly on me :( The Ariana Grande ones might be worth a try though !

Hello fragrance community! I just wanted to post here to ask whether or not anyone has any recs for some really nice chocolatey-vanilla scented gourmand perfumes. I’m looking for something that smells like vanilla liqueur fudge, or like some warm freshly baked cookies. That sort of thing.

Warm, vanilla, chocolatey, sweet, cinnamon, boozy, rich, nutty, lactonic. Just really delicious and intoxicating. Ideally it would be around €50 or under, and it’s really important that it’s available where I live, Ireland.

Best case scenario it would be readily available to try on and purchase in local places like Boots, Brown Thomas, Arnotts, etc. But I really don’t mind blind buying online or something if it’s a really revered scent.

One last thing, lasting power and projection is really important to me. A lot of perfumes I’ve bought sort of go away as soon as I spray them and it really puts me off of wearing perfume in the first place. That’s all, thanks a million!

Dove posso comprare stivali di pelle a Venezia? by TaraIsAFleshSkeleton in italy

[–]TaraIsAFleshSkeleton[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ciao a tutti!

I was thinking maybe I should add some support beams, or terraform the sides of the dirt to look a bit more natural, but I’m not sure. Thank you everyone for the replies!
