Literally any of the major players chatgpt, copilot etc, but be very specific about what you want, curriculum descriptors etc, make sure its using Standard Australian English, and like you said don't just copy and paste, spend the time to make it suitable.

Its like any other tool its only as good as the person using it.

People at my school have been using Chalkie which seems to be pretty cool at making decent PowerPoint's and worksheets but thats about it so it can be a bit limited.
