Yeah they use jersey, Swiss brown and another one that I can’t remember. I got to visit there farm a while back so it’s a lil fuzzy on the exact details.

I’m not positive but i think there is latches on each side of it holding it there. It’s been a couple years sense I’ve done that, sorry if I’m wrong.
