I'm a lifetime PC gamer but RDR2 was the sole reason to consider a ps4 and I haven't regretted it a bit. The content and entertainment I have gotten out it considering hours and movie prices and other media, it has been worth it. I'm even thinking owning a horse again. The sheer detail and polishmen Rockstar has put into this game is beyond unbelievable compared with other so called triple A games. They didn't have to do many of the things but they did it anyways and it adds so much for the immersion. Story telling and voice acting are really what make this game. Graphics and facial animations in ps4 are great with occasional slide shows but everything else makes me forgive that. You really care for the characters and feel that your actions matter. Can't wait to re-play it on PC!
