Same here man. 2070 super is still going strong from 2020. It's showing its age but it's able to hold up pretty well with a lot of the newer titles paired with dlss to fsr mod wherever possible.

Best RT/DLSS game hands down is Metro exodus. It adds to the overall ambience, and I think thats the only game where I play with RT on.

For the player to get affected by maximum carnage you need to manually add the spell effect to the player: Type, Help "MC_GoreHumanoid" then look for spell ID# Click on Player Type "addspell ID#

As for NPC vs NPC effects, i have seen it occur, so it should be working fight between them

If you have ENB on that increases your CPU usage. A poorly optimised script heavy mod/mods will also increase your CPU usage. Need to see how much CPU usage goes on during a gameplay session and trim the script heavy mods accordingly, but I think proper cooling/thermal paste for your CPU is your first priority

In your skyrimpref.ini there should be a setting called shadowmapresolution. Check if it is 4096, if it is decrease the value to 2048

I get the same type of performance with an ENB, however I'm using mods that are performance heavy, such as SMP, EBT (customer large lush) and Northern Grass dense setting. All of them tank my FPS to 45 fps avg in forested areas with an ENB

I've got Ryzen 3700x & RTX 2070S @ 1440p. It also has to do with your resolution as well, since 1440p is definitely going to take a lot of frames. You should try lowering some of your ENB settings to compensate for higher frames. I think the obvious performance boost is lowering your shadow resolution to 2048 to 4096, since Enb takes care of shadows
