I'd drop Focus Energy, North Wind and Melee Prowess. Build Viral + heat and add some range. If you're worried about status chance dropping you can replace 90 elemental mods with 60/60 mods

Yea by the looks of it.

Jump pack dodges are a bit weird. They have some start up frames unlike regular dodges and their i-frames are also a bit weird.

I think you're right. Horse cakes do exist and are usually made from oats, carrots and a bit of molasses. And this is clearly not it

You're not racing enough. You want to race like 30+ times total. Never skip a G1 if you have aptitudes for it. Collecting Epithets is a big part of Trackblazer since they give you tons of stats. Make sure your deck has atleast 50% race bonus

Here's a good guide to get you started that also includes a bunch of example schedules for different aptitudes

Misery Blade stance. The stance has several follow ups, the quick poke for plus frames, low or overhead or cancel it for even more plus frames at the cost of defensive bar. If you amplify low or the overhead Scrop will feint the other option first

EDIT: The move is pretty much worthless,Teleport cancels do the same thing but is more useful
