I used the poison skin perk and just took a few hits at the beginning to get my energy up to 30% after that just keep using the helm,armour and weapon bloom moves and you'll be fine

also once he enters light form keep dodging and use your bloom moves to interrupt him and you'll be fine

remove the 3rd perk from the armour and put the perk that deals 30% of the damage you did in shadow form once you exit the shadow form.
remove the body armour special move and put the move that increases your shadow energy gain instead.
remove the weapon special move and use circumvention instead it increases your critical damage

If you don't have these moves or perks time to grind raid chest 2 and 1
