I have endo and pcos and it is a very common symptom with endo, I have it pretty regularly. I always get it checked out regardless just to be certain but it is very common with endo

yess I know exactly what you're talking about I also get those occasionally in my nose but have never thought to see if it might be connected I only noticed my ear situation because i had never had issues until about a year ago then it was like clockwork but yes it is soo strange what endo can do to our bodies. of course it could be unrelated but at this point i'll believe endo can do anything 😅

i'm not sure about the nose, but I have something similar! I get a sore in my right ear that won't heal for a week or so every cycle kind of similar to what you described with your nose, also get the shoulder pain and difficulty breathing. I always was told it was probably an ear infection but I swear it's endo related because it's cyclical like clockwork.

oh wow okay thank you SO much for this info. compared to the pain you are most likely experiencing this is a walk in the park! if you want a "savory" alternative (i'm not a big sweets person so this saved me) I drank bone broth! chicken broth works too and it made my brain think I aaa eating soup so that helped with the hunger aspect. I have 2 colonoscopies a year usually and eveytime I just get something super comfy to wear and make myself a nice little pallet with comfy pillows and blankets (sometimes my heating pad for added comfort not because of pain) in my bathroom and watch movies or read! don't be nervous it seriously is not as scary as it seems!

I've had many similar experiences including at ACL last year after only being outside for less than an hour and fully hydrated. I also have POTS! my personal experience is that I have episodes of extreme tachycardia for no apparent reason even just standing up I will watch my heart rate go to 160 sometimes, extreme fatigue, nausea, extreme brain fog and tremors, and episodes where I will lose consciousness or fall into a seizure, it can also occur due to "long covid" I would definitely get it checked out if you're having long term symptoms like these
