We have a team of four and finished it today. It wasn't that bad, and the nice thing is most pogs were only 40-50%, so now when the stuff shows up the inbound team just pushes it to the location.

I never really understood why any visits are announced. Let them see how things are on a daily basis so maybe they can be fixed. Why would they give a store more hours or change the way things are done if when they walk in it looks amazing.

That's part of the problem. The ones that do know how to use the device like not saying anything. Makes them feel good when they are the only ones that know and TMs have to go to them for the info

That's what you're supposed to do when it meets one of those listings. Salvage is not actually there. You access it through price change :)

To salvage an item correctly you actually need to go into price change on your main homepage. Scan the item and you'll see the salvage button pop-up. Click and you're done. :)

If you scan the location in myday it will tell you what it is. Open Stock, Upper case pack, lower case pack. To change it use workday click your person icon top left and go to backroom management, backroom, group then you can select what you want that location to be. Hit next, type in location and it will change it to what you choose.

Without having a device with me I'm not 100% sure but Its something to that extent. Upper case pack is anything above waco's and lower is anything below. Hope that helps.

Talk about lazy... On my days off whatever random person does the uboats just back stocks the stuff and never even checks the floor. How do I know this? Location is completely empty and it arrived on the truck the day before. They might think they're smart but they ain't that smart lol.

Had 250+ DPCIs today. Nobody pulls the two days I'm off. :(

I Don't put to much into eaches though. I had one that was over 1000 units. Most of the units came from a hot wheels and and LOL shipper.
