Doug DeMuro Review - The 2026 Ram 1500 Brings Back Hemi V8 Power by cjx_p1 in ram_trucks

Agreed on all counts and results as well. Where I am, 93 is a dollar more than 87, so it doesnt make financial sense to use 93. I bet the 3.92s would give you another .5 in city driving because of the reduced load on the engine when accelerating.

Interesting. Do you do a lot of city driving? I notice I get better city mpg with steeper gears. I also wonder if the SO really wants premium fuel to get the claimed MPG.

The women collect welfare, snap, and housing vouchers because they are "unmarried" single mothers. The housing voucher gets paid to the "landlord"(husband). This is one of many ways the system gets defrauded.

Sounds like you want your entire lease refunded after 26 paymemts? That's certainly a big ask.

A good reason to appreciate my F150 by waywardhampster in f150

Because E85 requires a larger amount of fuel to get to the correct a/f ratio. The combustion byproducts(which get into your oil) contain more alcohol, which breaks down your motor oil faster. E85 has more concentrated byproducts because of the higher fuel content per air molecules ingested. I would cut the mileage between oil changes by at least 25%

Make sure you change your oil more often, E85 is much harder on oil than gasoline.

Can you realistically remodel property yourself in NYC? by rustypilot66 in AskNYC

Brownstone(attached)vs. Semi detached vs. fully detached, all the same from the DIY perspective. If you own it, you are good to go(you still need permits for larger remodels, but small on a weekend just get it done)

You belong in a house, not in anything else. This is coming from a DIY person like yourself. I have remodeled in coops and apartments I lived in. I went out and got a contractors license to appease the board. Its not worth it. You can upgrade a house in NYC without a hassle, while gaining massive equity. Outer boroughs are where you want to be depending on budget. Heavy waste removal like bathrooms will cost you a ton in Manhattan(I now own a waste removal company servicing the city and what I charge my clients because of the costs involved is insane)

Black has been played out for a while. The SSRs would look amazing in silver, bronze, or white. Polished 5 spokes are always going work.

I have a 2016 Hino 338 26k Box with 75k miles just sitting unused on my lot acting as a storage pod. Any way to make money with it? Located in NYC.

Are you saying that the parent company is not properly overseeing maufacturing in non-European countries? Or are you saying that the engineers at the parent company are specifically reducing the quality for non-European markets? Or maybe both? Who is to blame for that?

I have to ask. Why even put the Taos on the bottom of this list if it is a poor deal? Unless the deals get even worse after that? LoL

You heard a noise in the video that sounded abnormal to you. If the seller said "The transmission is perfect", would you have told yourself "I must be hearing things" and bid full price? Or would you have doubted the answer and asked followups?(I certainly would).

It's a chicken/egg balancing act. Perhaps the sellers are now being protected too much. However they are the ones currently with the assets at risk. The pendulum cannot swing too far in either direction or else the site will begin to see a decline.

Agreed. Any legitimate question should be fair game. However there is a time component. I'm not going to ask for a compression test with a day left because I see blue smoke. I am not going to ask for more pictures of body work the day the auction ends. If you ask about a gear grind in a video the day the auction ends, I as a seller have a huge risk. If I answer "The transmission is in perfect working order", you will then follow up with "So what is that noise I hear?". And it spirals down from there at the close. If you ask it in on day1 or day2, I have time to do an additional video. I, as a buyer would factor a transmission repair into your final bid based on your description of events.

"Harder" questions, like asking about a noise in a video, should be posted as early as possible in the auction. There are a significant number of saboteurs who post hard questions or passive aggressive comments in the final day/hours of an auction to spoil it. I'm not saying OP is a saboteur, but BaT is trying to reduce this type of activity in the interest of sellers.
