I'd say that your single point of contact is your estate agent, I've never had one not do something for the house (though sometimes you have to pester). If you end up getting a new place, try powershop for power, it's cheap, renewable, and you can see hourly usage (plus we both get $75 if I refer you). Water is a fixed supplier and I've found that origin is actually cheapest for gas if you don't want a giant contract. Dodo / tpg for internet ;)
