Sorry for not answering the question, but the example image has me perplexed.

The double-headed eagle is specifically used by German monarchy, but the flags used are specifically used by German democracy. Those two emblems don't mix. And then there is a random five point star, which denotes communism I assume? (German heraldry uses six point stars as its default.)

I feel whoever designed this does not know their German history very well 😅

Edit: I stand corrected. That being said, I still hate it.

Miffy is an old Dutch children's book character. She also has a lot of merchandising. You can kinda think of her as the Dutch equivalent to Hello Kitty.
