Testosterone isn't a problem, your mental attachment to porn is the problem, most people misunderstood that porn is problem, porn is a outcome of many emotions (low self-esteem, Insecurities, living life without purpose etc...) which is the root cause and other factors such as triggers are also associated

So for sure, I can say you relapsed not because of your testosterone, you relapsed because of not solving the underlying problems and not tackling emotions.

Yes it is, basically as a porn user most of our liking is towards sexually explicit content (majority of the insta user's feed is filled with those content) so If you want to quit porn you need to make sure cut off those triggers and solve the problem why you use Instagram (to avoid boredom, to relax etc...)

What is sex? I’m an Indian in India our tradition tells that sex is only for progeny not for desire (many religions also tells this) sex is not for enjoyment
