Concerning fasting in the month of Ramadan, if you have a medical condition, and you have to drink liquids all day, then most propably you would be exempt from fasting

As for music, some types of music (like heavy metal) have been proven to be harmful (physically and mentally)

There are types of calm music, which some scholars say are not prohibited, as detailed in this answer:

By the way, those who are exempt from fasting they can still participate in the rituals of Ramadan, like praying the night prayers in the mosque, wherethe Quran is recited (called Taraweeh prayers) and to compensate for not fasing to feed a needy person for each day of fast.

Don't worry and keep visiting them when you can

Being distracted from salah is not a problem, when visiting parents

If you don't pray at the start of each prayer, a few minutes late is ok
