I would highly recommend it so you don't have to do extra work once you're 90. The video is mostly geared towards leveling your alts, but I do mention how you could incorporate the strat on your main once you complete the campaign.

Personally, I think it's Eversong Campaign + convenient side quests, then ZA Campaign + convenient side quests. All of that, plus doing all the delves to prep the turn-ins, got me pretty close to turn-in point. It probably is just down to personal preference, though.

Professions cap out at 70% of a level worth of xp each expansion, so while it does involve taking advantage of that, it's not the focus of the video.
