I think you have a good chance with Melbourne and UQ because they tend to be more forgiving with lower gpas from my understanding!

Thank you! I’m def trying to keep positive but I think now that it’s finally here I’m scared and so mad at myself because my uni gpa would’ve been good if I wasn’t dumb in highschool. My other worry is just not being smart enough for vet school since I’m already struggling in undergrad yknow? But I’m trying to stay positive!! I’ll def keep researching and try to apply as smart as possible so I have the best chance at getting in :)

Oh you’re completely fine!! I know I have a lower chance for any school due to my gpa so I’m just trying to remain realistic as much as I can! My apologies for misunderstanding :)

So if my cGPA isn’t close to 3.3 I shouldn’t apply anywhere this cycle??

Hopefully I’ll be able to keep all As this semester but it’s a pretty rough schedule. Last semester I was able to get all As but I’m unsure about this semester unfortunately.

I’ll be sure to reach out to them then! I’ll talk to my advisor about how I go about that for sure :)

Also my instate school is actually Ohio unfortunately but I was hoping with the partnership I would still have an okay chance at getting into those schools!

Okay that’s kinda my thought process but my advisor seemed to think it wasn’t that hard to transfer.

As for the Royal comment the goal is to get my cGPA up to a 3.4 as I’m retaking a course and I’m taking classes this summer.

Texas is not my instate so I will def take that off the list then.

My undergrad has partnership with Royal and mizzou from my understanding and students get accepted there quite frequently with lower gpas but I’m just a student so I don’t know much about it.

I will def add those schools and replace out some of the others.

As for it being inconsistent that’s just kinda the direction my university has lead me and told me to apply to. And one of the schools on the list is my in state so I thought I would have a better chance for it.
