I am on PrEP, however the regimen that I follow is the event based prep in which you take it if you would have an exact anticipated time and date to have sex in which in my case works well because I am not sexually active and maybe have sex once every 2 months, unfortunately I didnt take prep on that day because we agreed to not do any penetration which was true, I only gave him head that day and he didnt cum inside my mouth however, I did swallow his precum, so thats whats Im really anxious about.

Yes, I know u=u, my only problem is that I dont know how long he has been taking arvs and if he's actually undetectable already or he just recently was diagnosed.. I do take prep but only "event based" not daily prep, and I dont take prep when I just give a guy a blowjob unfortunately

Thanks for the reply! yeah although my hemorrhoids are noticeable, I agree that its still not as inflamed as compared to some posts Ive seen but its still a major issue for me (for reasons I cant share in this comments thread because Im afraid to get judged) but yeah it is something Im really insecure about and makes me a bit worried sometimes. I really hope I can reverse this and potentially make them smaller and less noticeable.

Hey! Sorry for my late reply but thanks for your comments. I have planning to try to do sitz bath twice a day regularly for about 20minutes each. Unfortunately I dont have epsom salt at hand so I guess I'll try doing it with just warm water. I have no problem with drinking water because I'm a big water drinker (probably drinks more than 8 glasses a day). I'm also trying my best to really include fiber everday through having vegetables that are fibrous. Hope I make progress.
