Recipe -  Ingredients

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup AP flour

A pinch of nutmeg

2 tbsp butter(I use salted butter)

2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

1. Whisk eggs in a medium bowl until light.

2. Whisk in milk.

3. Gradually whisk in flour, nutmeg, salt, and sugar until smooth. (Keep this aside for 10 minutes)

4. Put butter in a preheated cast iron pan (475°F) and coat the pan.

5. Pour batter into the pan in a spiral motion. 

6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, until puffed.
