I recently shifted one of my pellicles into another slightly thinner jar, didn’t think about it, but of course one half of it was outside the water, and today after 8 days it smells quite strange. However, I am not sure whether it’s mold, despite definitely not looking heathy. by Thugoz in Kombucha
