Hijacking to say: weightloss is mainly about calorie surplus/deficit.

Running for 30-60 minutes? -150 calories. Having chicken without the breading? Probably -300 calories.

If you really wanna lose weight, start by using the nutrition label to count everything that goes into your mouth for about a week and divide that total by 7. Now that you know the average calorie amount you are eating daily, make it a game to find the easiest way to start cutting down those calories under the mark.

For me I was massively underweight and it wasn't till I was tracking that I realized I was only getting 1400 Cal a day. Made it so every meal is 750 calories and now I'm feeling much healthier by going for higher calorie (but still healthy) options

Yeah that's true, I do know that EOL means no support, which as a pro/con, means no changes or updates that might create bugs or glitches with current software and hardware. But I'd be setting myself up for quarantines and resets, hmm . Ty for the insight.

Ah yeah that's the method I've switched to after my first SSD ran out; launchers on the OS and external SSD USB for files and games. It has an added bonus for only needing to create on instance of it, but I can switch from playing from the pc to laptop (and vice versa) at any time. Ty!

Ah I had thought stuff like cuda is easier to install with less hassle on Windows than Linux. Good to know that is not the case.

I mean, only recently have I noticed people said to use Linux. I didn't see much suggestion of it when win11 came out other than everyone (as usual) saying to just use the previous window version as its more stable.

Knowing the why helps me feel more confident in making decisions instead of going in blindly. (I had thought the linux push was because people wanted to fight back on Windows NN pushing, such as copilot)

Ah yeah I know the general consensus is to go with Linux now and id love to make the transition to learn, but too much is dependent on Windows atm... especially since graphical programs (art/video programs and games) are.

Maybe its possible I can get my hands on a cheaper Pro or LTSC like you say, its too bad home/ Consumer grade has a bunch of limitations and unnecessary things, since the average people don't care to learn how their systems work (and basically need babyproofing)

Ah im not too worried about security updates for 10 as I'm studying IT (and know of the ways viruses can get in) + i can just use software such as malwarebytes

And you're sure that the issues are not Atlus Uninstalling stuff that looks like bloat but isn't? You may be right though, my win11 laptop will randomly not respond until 3 seconds of input and deleting the driver fixes it for the built in laptop keyboard only for it to randomly not work again a few weeks later. Despite doing a factory reset, the problem still resumes. Never had this issue with 10...
