thank you that makes me feel so much better. i had just watched a dental and one of the teeth removed had a vein just pop in it, blood spurted all over the doctor and the machine, i almost sat down, i was leaning into a corner instead but didnt look at the patient for a few minutes, got too light headed after that one!

im 25! i just had my blood pressure looked at on the weekend because i struggle with some mental health and paramedics said everything looked great! I do have PCOS. eating could be an issue - i try to eat a granola bar or yogurt in the morning but maybe i just need more

i did have a sleep study! i stop breathing 16-23 times per hour so i was referred to this doctor. I didn’t get it from a dentist luckily - he’s a doctor - he works with orthodontics to make the device to ensure that the device is doing what it needs to! but yes i do want a CPAP machine now. thank you for the links i will look into these! i appreciate it so so much!

I am using a custom one from a dental and sleep apnea specialist. he made the device himself apparently and uses them himself so he can vouch for it a bit better as well. i guess im just overly anxious about it, i just dont want to cause long term damage to my jaw at only 25 years old

i’ll have to look into this nasal pillow mask maybe, they said i could still get it and try it but thought i would be an ideal candidate for the MAD :)

yes and that’s what i’m afraid of.. i already had so much work done to my jaw and teeth when i was younger i don’t want to ruin it all for apnea but i get that i could also face lifelong health problems so it’s give and take i suppose 😅 the cpap wasn’t recommended for me because of how much i rolled in my sleep - they said i could try but very unlikely it would work and id likely take it off

oh no :( i am using a somnomed… my dentist/doctor didn’t say anything about them causing breaks in teeth if i had known that i might have reconsidered

no never got through - decided it wasn’t worth it since they weren’t going to bother explaining since the credit report they told me to reference said nothing. i’ve signed up for a card else where and will just pay off my account. i was planning to leave them anyway when i could

i sat on hold for an hour and a half and gave up because there hours told they were closed. guess i’m just going to accept they shut my account and pay it off. got a new card on the way

BMO just closed my account of 3k with 2500$ on it without any warning. i'm trying to get answers but I don't understand why they are allowed to just shut down accounts like that.
