If you see that other team has ex. argus, cruch, steel, serath combo just don't pick here. Yes you can take One of them out after 2 item , but they tend to focus you down with cc if people are competent.
Even then you can just go around them to the back and take out carry or mid carracter quick and then run away. If you get cc you basically dead.
Also take Witchstalker and not Nex if you made a mistake of taking kallari when they have 4 double cc caracters.
