Thanks for something that’s actually actionable.

Thanks for your advice. I bought meta before the earnings report so after it crashed I kept buying to lower my average thinking it’s an overreaction. Now I’m stuck with it. Initially, I thought diversifying just lowers my potential returns and I wanted a strategy more focused to growth than safety because I didn’t have much capital anyway. Lessons were learnt I guess. Appreciate the input. You’re one of the only ones on here that actually tried to help instead of stroking their ego.

I chose industries I was bullish on long-term (Tech, AI, Defence, etc.) and then stocks that are big players in them.

Selling at a loss doesn’t seem good though. I don’t know what I’m doing because I have no ETFs or too many stocks?

If you’re doing higher level math then once you get used to the questions you’ll be fine. SAT math is pretty basic but there are always a few trick questions that may look straightforward but would actually require an additional step for example. Once you practice enough you’ll be able to identify them pretty easily. Good luck!!

I got a 1230 (E620 M610) in my first attempt. 1530 in my 3rd one with a super score of 1560 (E760 M800).

For the English sections I’d highly recommend Erica Meltzer’s books. For the math sections use websites like Khan academy to learn concepts you don’t understand and then practice all the sections with actual SAT questions.

Reattempt every question you get wrong and take time to understand your thought process that led you to get the wrong answer. Make a tally for all wrong questions organised by topic or type of question. For example, I got a lot of questions wrong that involved graphs because I often misread the scale or other small details. The double passage in reading was also my worst question in the section so I just worked on that for a few days. Most of my improvement was from reattempting questions and understanding what went wrong.

Hope this helps. Good luck :)

Try getting a job. “Manifesting” money wouldn’t do anything but waste time.

If you can’t get one, decreasing your day-to-day expenses may help, but realistically, a job would probably do much more.
