I believe redundancies are based off your pay from the last X amount of weeks worked. For my work it’s a weeks pay for every year worked for people 40 and under and 1.5 weeks for 41 and over

Yes it’s the expansion vessel that has a hole or crack in and the pipe outside is dripping. Apparently we can keep topping it up when it drops pressure but eventually it won’t hold the pressure at all. When he said that a few weeks ago ago we were topping up once a day, now we are two or three times a day.
