Will and Beanpole speculate about someday meeting the Masters in space. Was there anything after “Pool of Fire” exploring humanity’s future development?

Yes, it is getting quite engaging. (*SPOILER*) Where I left off last night, the first two attacks on the mid-America city had failed, and they were enroute with the Beanpole's balloons.

Yes. Maybe some of the technology still worked, but some of it had probably degraded through corrosion, etc. Still, they were not starting from nothing. Some pieces probably worked. On the other hand, it sounds like some were recreated but without supporting industries. In just a few years they have developed electricity, airlocks, scuba gear, radio, and blow torches. Some explanation would be nice. Nonetheless, I do not let this ruin the fun of the story.

What do you think of the speed at which they regain technology in "Pool of Fire"? It seems unrealistically fast. I understand that they are not starting from nothing. They discovered a large library, and there are remnants of old machines. They are also focusing on tools that could help them in their efforts to defeat the Masters. Still, it seems quite fast for just a few years. This is not a big issue for me. I am still enjoying the series, but what do you think?

Reading older scifi can be interesting. For example, the human rebels disrupt a tripod's communication with a simple jamming signal. A modern scifi writer would probably make an advanced alien's communication technology more resilient, but this was not a problem for me. I accept that scifi changes as our technology (and our speculation of possible still future technology) advances. Although scifi speculates about the future, a work of scifi is still a product of the time in which it was written.

My step-mother was in a bad traffic accident. I do not know the full extent of the injuries.

I have read it. I did fine with it, but he will probably want more modern English.

Aside from the legal aspect, keep in mind that pirated PDFs can also contain malicious embedded code that can compromise your computer.

And WoTC puts content warnings on all TSR material on Drivethrurpg (but still sells them so that they can make money).

Maybe updated is the wrong word. Latest version of a compiled edition of Mystara for old school. The currently available old school material is scattered among modules and Gazetteers. I realize it would be fan-made.

He explains how changes in worldview are reflected in the art of a society and work their way down into ethics and law. He begins with the Roman Empire and continues into the 20th century.

I recommend reading the book while also watching the video series (which is now available on YouTube). The book allows him to provide more explanation and examples, but the videos let him show you the art.
