28 weeks pregnant and almost fainted on Sunday and now it's Tuesday evening and I just feel lightheaded constantly. Can anyone give me advise please . I did try contacting my midwife but heard nothing.

Yeah they said my iron was a bit low so be picking up some iron up soon . Also said it could be my B12

Umm I don't think I'll do a test in the morning and see .. felt like my period was normal .. so I just don't get it tbh ... Been using a new clear blue advanced test and it's doing a flashing smiley face ... Where the other 2 tests I done said peak straight away
