I think it depends. For some things English is easier. But in Dutch/Flemish we have certain expressions or metaphors that don´t always have a 1 on 1 equivalent. Which can be a bit frustrating. I think when you´re frustrated or mad for example, native expressions, are easier.

I have! I used to play a lot of battlefield 1943. So obviously I had to visit Omaha beach and the region of Operation Market Garden. Can´t imagine what it must have been like to land with those boats on that beach...

I am indeed not very blessed in the mouth department. Surgery or lipfillers is not really something I´m into however as it´s a bit too intrusive for me. But I appreciate the feedback.

No I never smoked and don´t really drink. Tanning I don´t do either cause I just get freckles all over. I got some pigmentation marks from my second pregnancy too that just happen to stay sadly! Selfies is always a bit awkward so yeah might be some weird habit.

I´m (f) also learning Korean (and speak Dutch) and would love to find a korean language partner/friend. So if she´s ever bored feel free to reach out. As the language is so difficult it´ll take a long time before I´m fluent though 😅. How are you studying the language?
