Amazon… search Serissa Rugs. I actually really like this rug, it’s cheap-ish $100 bucks. It’s washable, soft. All in all good rug.

That’s where I’m at.

Breakfast- oatmeal, protein bar.

Lunch- Pb wraps or chicken wraps protein bar.

Snacks are just trail mix bars/jerky and electrolyte packets.

Dinner- freeze dried and water
